Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, AKRacing Australia will repair or replace, at no charge, product(s) or part(s) of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


What will we do to correct problems?

AKRacing Australia will first hand correct the problem by replacing the faulty part(s), at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement part(s).


How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for any product purchased from AKRacing Australia or any of the official resellers for 2 Years Warranty on the internal seat frame itself, 2 Years Warranty on all Spare Parts – Wheels, base plates, strut, 5 start bases, side mechanisms, and 1 Year Limited Warranty on the material. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (i.e. stains, scratches, and similar problems).
